The two-axis CNC cold coil spring machine is mainly used for rolling small batches and large diameter springs. The equipment adopts a CNC control system and two sets of servo motors to control the number of coiling turns and spring pitch respectively. lt can roll left-hand and right-hand springs. lt is simple to operate, flexible in use, and it requires a short time to change specifications. lt has a wide range of applications, both straight and wire rods can be used, the maximum wire diameter can be rolled to 32mm. lt has low purchase and usage cost. lt is suitable for small factories with small batches, many varieties and special-shaped spring production.

Low material requirements
