The four-axis CNC hot spring coiling machine uses a motion controller to control the number of roling tums, spring pitch and two sets of feed wheel respectively. it can realize multi-axis linkage and set the production process, initial position and operating speed on the touch screen. lt has automatic clamping function, automatic spring connecting function, mandrel cooling function, front and rear linkage function of feeding wheel, feeding angle adjustment function, small mandrel bending prevention function, spindle box shifting function, etc. t is suitable for users with large batches, high precision requirements and high automation requirements.
Functional Advantages
Mandrel cooling
The water cooling of the mandrel is optimized and the air cooling function is added. Both water cooling and air cooling can be used at the same time.
Feeding Device
The control of the feeding wheel is more reasonable. The servo motor controls the front and rear position of the feeding wheel and it can adjust the up and down position and feeding angle.
Control System
The control system is optimized. The motion controller controls the function operation of each part of the equipment. Parameters can be set and data can be stored on the touch screen.
Spring Connecting Device
