Equipment Overview
The fully automatic CNC flattening machine is designed for shaping the ends of spring bar stock, allowing precise control over the material’s flattening length, taper angle, flattening width, and flattening thickness. It enables fully automated production—from heating to the final flattening process. During flattening, four servo motors—two each on the upper and lower sections—accurately regulate the closing speed of the rollers, while hydraulic cylinders manage the separation of the rollers, ensuring the desired material taper is achieved. Additionally, the upper and lower rollers operate synchronously and symmetrically, minimizing deformation and bending risks throughout the production process.
Equipment Configuration
The equipment is divided into two main parts: standard and optional configurations.
Standard Configuration Items
It includes the main unit, flattening power mechanism, feeding and flipping components, as well as CNC and hydraulic systems, enabling automatic completion of operations such as material clamping, feeding, positioning, clamping, flipping, advancing, and flattening.
Optional features
- Material transfer mechanism designed for transporting bar stock from the completion of heating to the flattening process, as well as for withdrawing, discharging, and buffering the flattened bars afterward.
- The tail-end angle control mechanism is primarily used to ensure the parallelism of the two flattened ends of bar stock.
- Marking mechanism used to control marking before bar stock is flattened.
- Anti-torsion mechanism to prevent unexpected deformation of the slender, flat-shaped end during processing.
- 100-line-diameter material configuration, specifically designed for upgrading and retrofitting large-diameter spring materials.
