The hot coil production line of JKGJ-25 fully automatic suspension hot-rolled spring machine is specially designed for hot-rolled suspension springs within 25mm. The equipment can realize feeing, positioning, automatic grabbing, automatic roling, pitch control, outer diameter control, automatic handling “pig tail”forming and it can realize unmanned operation on site.
This set of equipment consists of a general control system, a suspension spring hot roling machine, a“pig tail” forming machine, and two robots. it can produce cylindrical springs, single conical springs, and double conical springs. lt has the advantages of fast speed, high precision, good consistency and high degree of automation.
