The pig tail forming machine is one of the core equipment of the fully automatic suspension spring production line, specially designed for hot-rolled suspension springs within 25mm. The equipment can achieve the function of pig tail forming at the end of the suspension spring and can be operated unmanned on site.
The equipment consists of forming device, walking device, support & fixture device, and spring clamping device, equipped with an intelligent control system (PLC + human-machine interface), capable of producing cylindrical springs, single conical springs, and double conical springs. It has advantages such as fast speed, high precision, good consistency, and high degree of automation.
