The JKDN-50 fully automatic flattening production line is specially designed for vibration isolation springs, used for the end flattening processing of spring materials. The advantages of this equipment are: fast speed, high precision, good consistency, and high degree of automation.
The equipment can achieve functions such as feeding, heating, positioning, automatic grabbing, automatic flattening, and automatic discharging, enabling unmanned operation on site.
A full range of services can be provided, including hardware support for the entire equipment, overall system control, external cooling device design, on-site installation, debugging training, after-sales technical consulting, troubleshooting, and program optimization updates.
To meet the production efficiency requirements, this set of equipment uses a medium frequency heating system to simultaneously provide material heating for two sets of robots and flattening machines. One set of medium frequency heating, one set of robots, and one set of flattening machines, each set of equipment has an independent production control unit and a general control system, which can set the control of all equipment or part of the equipment to operate in the general control system.
This equipment is a complete turnkey project, with all internal configurations provided by the equipment itself. Users need to connect the water source, power supply, air source, etc., to the designated positions of the equipment and are responsible for the construction of the foundation and the fixing of the equipment.
