Device Introduction
The quenching pool is a container filled with quenching medium. When the spring is immersed in the pool for cooling, it ensures that the spring completes the quenching operation uniformly at a reasonable cooling rate, meeting the technical requirements.
The device can achieve functions such as vertical spring dropping, spring unloading, cooling, and chain plate lifting and sending springs. The large LCD display, combined with temperature sensors, can display the current temperature in real-time, allowing operators to better control the completion of the quenching process.
Functional Advantages
1. Vertical Lifting
The top motor rotates and drives the V-shaped groove to move vertically through the reducer and gear chain transmission (the other end of the chain is equipped with a counterweight), allowing the high-temperature spring, after being coiled, to be sent into the quenching medium for cooling.
The top is equipped with a large LCD display that can show the current temperature in real-time.
2. Spring Unloading
When the V-shaped groove of the spring drops to a certain position, a protruding device on the inner wall of the box blocks the V-shaped groove from approaching one side of the box, causing the V-shaped groove to tip towards the inside of the box, allowing the spring to roll onto the chain plate lifting device.
3. Cooling
The spring is completely immersed in the quenching medium for cooling.
The stirring motor drives the propeller to rotate, accelerating the flow of the cooling liquid to balance the temperature, allowing the spring to cool sufficiently.
4. Chain Plate Lifting
The top motor rotates and drives the flower-shaped gear to rotate through the reducer, lifting the chain plate upwards.
Each chain plate is equipped with inclined baffles that can block the spring from rolling off when the chain plate is lifted.
