Today I will introduce everyone to the classification of CNC spring machines.

At this stage, CNC spring machines are widely used, characterized by fast processing speed, high precision, and strong stability. Manager Li, who pioneered the spring machine, kindly reminds that CNC spring machines can be classified as follows:
1. CNC spring machines can be classified by forming method into: cold coiling spring machines and hot coiling spring machines. Generally speaking, a wire diameter of over 8.0mm uses the cold coiling method, while a wire diameter of 8.0mm or less uses the hot coiling method. Currently, most manufacturers produce cold coiling spring machines.
2. CNC spring machines can be classified by forming function into: computer spring machines, universal spring machines, and non-cam spring machines, etc. Among them, computer spring machines have continuously developed based on two axes, gradually evolving into 8-axis or multi-axis computer spring machines; universal spring machines can be further divided into cam rotating spring machines and cam non-rotating spring machines; non-cam spring machines can be divided into non-cam rotating spring machines and non-cam non-rotating spring machines, etc.
3. CNC spring machines can be classified by forming type into: computer spring machines, universal spring machines, non-cam spring machines, tension spring machines, torsion spring machines, CNC grinding spring machines, snake spring machines, wire forming machines, and special machines, etc.
